It's not even Detroit, it's a small city called Hamtramck, which is indeed largely Arab. There was some debate over whether public loudspeakers could be used to broadcast Islamic prayer throughout the city.

Yes, Arabs who are Muslims. The Chaldeans, etc. move to West Bloomfield and Dearborn.

Quite so, and that's not even including some of the smaller demographics there that may also be, such as the Bangladeshis, Lebanese, Pakistanis and Iraqis.
