Turkmenistan seems a pretty awful regime but in the same time the king of Swaziland is letting is country dying in AIDS.

Considering that Castro has ruled only for a short time and has attemped some reform, voting for him seems misguided, especially when there are such dictators like Mbasogo. Or perhaps libertarians like his extremely loopsided distribution of wealth?
