Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo
Considering that Castro has ruled only for a short time and has attemped some reform, voting for him seems misguided, especially when there are such dictators like Mbasogo. Or perhaps libertarians like his extremely loopsided distribution of wealth?

Kurmanbek Bakiyev
Nazarbayev has probably been the most succesful leader of a former Soviet Union country outside the Baltics, unlike Bakiyev, who has done little to carry out the promises which brought him to power.

Thinley. He bases his policies on maximizing gross national happines, rather than economic stuff.
Isn't it working?

That index doesn't actually measure happiness. If it did, Vanuatu wouldn't top it.
Yes, I missed the part about the ecological footprint. Of course, Bhutan being so backward gives them a very small ecological footprint.

The last arab leader and he's certainly worse than both Siniora or Abdullah II.

A Latin American leader and especially a Salvadorean leader who sends troops in Iraq, is at best someone who hasn't a clue about history, in other words a fool.
