How to Post an Image in My Sig

Can someone explain to me how to post images in my signature, specifically campaign banners. I can't make sense of the previous topics on this question? Where can I get my hands on some campaign banners like for Coburn or Moran, who I am showcasing in my sig this week?

If by image thingy you mean the "Insert Image" key then yea I got that part.
What if the banner isn't in the forum gallery? Can I add banners to it?

Yes, you can add images. I think there's a button you press; I added a Kennedy '80 banner a long time ago.

Do the images have to be in a certain format? Thanks for your help Ben!

I don't think so; I think you just upload them from your computer. I may be wrong, though. Frodo is another good person to ask, since he uploads a fair number of campaign banners.

I tried to get an image uploaded into the gallery so I could post it in one of my speeches in the Atlas Fanasty Wiki. It wouldn't let me do it. Can anyone explain how to take images from outside the Atlas and put them in posts. Do they have to be in the gallery or can they be posted directly?

Okay the only thing that still puzzles me is how to get images saved on my hardrive onto the Atlas Forum. My Pictures is full of random maps that made using MS Paint. Is there some kind of software I have to download to upload pictures or what?

Google Image Shack. It has a link for forums; that's where I upload my custom maps, like the county map for the JFK TL.
