What exactly are the violent crimes that might take place in a national park?
Being attacked by a bear?

Yes exactly (or mountain lion, or wolf, or raccoon or any number of beasts that could potentially harm a human).  You don't have to be armed when walking through the deep wood, but it's certainly smart in many places.

And since when being attacked by a wild animal is considered a CRIME?
Is the animal going to be arrested and put to trial?

(One of my law school classmates was literally eaten by a Grizzly, albeit that was in Alaska. He was dragged out of his tent and consumed.)

Wow, dramatic.  A good reason to do your holiday-making at Patpong, rather than in some sh**tty wilderness.  In the dens of which I'm thinking, you'll be consumed, but it will be mighty harmless.

I think you may be "on" to something Opebo.  Tongue

Insert (in)appropriate Mark Foley joke.
