Kerry said US forces were the best trained in the world. I'm pretty sure UK forces have a longer training period and we've got more peacekeeping experience.

He's also throughly denigrating the UK forces in the south of Iraq, which is much more secure than the Sunni Triangle.

You are probably right about that. But Kerry would be behind Bush by abot 15% if he said the US didn't have the best troops in the world
