I'm suprised to see Rudy so high. I didn't even know he was going to run.
If the economy keeps at it's downward spiral, Romney will be the nominee. If Obama has great approval ratings and the nation is in good condition, Jindal or Palin would be it, even though we shouldn't waste Jindal in such a winless situation.

I think the Republican Primaries in 2012 could be simaler to 2008, except Mitt Romney will be the John McCain of it.

Remember when he was polling like this?

FOX News/Opinion Dynamics Poll
Jun 14-15, 2005
Rudy Giuliani 29%,
John McCain 26%,
Newt Gingrich 9%,
George Allen 3%,
Bill Frist 3%,
Mitt Romney 2%

I highly doubt he'll win (or even run) unless he actually runs for Governor and wins.

Go Rudy! I'd love to see him make a comeback. Perhaps he'd be tolerable now that the wars are dying down. The only freaky thing about him was his overly hawkish views.

Here's what you get if you average the numbers for Republicans and Indies and ignore Dems:

Huckabee 18
Giuliani 15
Romney 15
Palin 12
Gingrich 10
Bush 3
Jindal 3
Sanford 3

I hope he runs again just to prove the "Florida Strategy" actually can work.

What a terrible looking poll. Palin's less than stellar showing is marginally interesting though, I guess.

Giuliani wasn't thoroughly discredited last time?  How will we recognize him without a noun, a verb, and 9/11?
