I'm sure you've all seen the political whirlwind she's trapped in.  It's a credibility issue and she'll become a liability to her caucus.  Speaker Hoyer by 2010?

Tempest in a teapot. It's only important insofar as it helps Republican stall on investigation of torture and confuse journalists.

Oh, it would be hilarious to see her go down because of this torture stuff. I bet she stays on but I hope I'm wrong.

Yesterday's press conference was a nightmare, though I had to laugh at most of it.  Intrade has opened up a market for this btw.

She will be, but that doesn't make it right. She needs to go as soon as possible though.

I think she's quite unpopular amongst... everyone... she's giving quite a bad face to what could be a very powerful Congress,  I for one predict she will go.

You need to replace the one with someone. Therein lies a problem.  The devil you know, is better than the devil you don't, particularly if it puts at risk your own ambitions if matters move too precipitously.

lol @ Newt

"It's very hard for me to talk calmly about where we are. I think this is the most despicable, dishonest, and vicious political effort I've seen in my lifetime.... she [Pelosi] has now viciously and dishonestly turned on them [the military]. It is despicable and as an Army brat i find it unbelievably offensive that Left wing Democrats don't care about defending America.... this is really, really dangerous and it is gonna get a lot of people killed if we don't call a halt to it... She is a trivial politician, viciously using partisanship for the narrowest of purposes, and she dishonors the Congress by her behavior."

I think this description fits himself to a t.

I think she's quite unpopular amongst... everyone...

Compared to John Bhoener, she is a veritable rock star.

She's pretty consistently the most popular leader of either party in either chamber.

I don't see any reason to believe she won't be.  It's very rare that a Speaker of the House is actually voted out, and I think enough Democrats like Pelosi for her to keep her seat.
