This bill should be more phased out, over several years, especially regarding the total cuts Atlasian tobacco industry.

Also, regarding section three, is it personal profit from anything or just from the farms?

Regardless, I do support such a decrease in agriculture subsidies.

I agree with PiT's amendment, and also propose:

2. All farm subsidies to tobacco will be removed completely, spread over a period of five years.
