I'm not mistaken, I would say it but I don't want to take your thunder out of it.

There is a chance you might be guessing right. If your hint was taken from PiT's announcement post and not his next post after that. Thats all I will say on the matter.

I'm pretty sure it's easy to figure out, but I won't steal the thunder from your announcement. Wink

Last night the distinguished Senator PiT announced he was running for the Presidency and as previously stated I support his campaign. I have to decided thus to run for the Southern Regional Senate seat being vacated by the Senator. I have many ideas and in the near future I intend to release a platform of sorts detailing my ideas and positions. I hope that every voter in the Dirty South even thoughs who are not members of the RPP will consider voting for me for although I am a member of the RPP, I intend to be a Senator for all Southern citizens regardless of party affiliation.

Although I can't offer an endorsement at the present time, I do feel you would make a fine senator, and I feel we'd be quite capable of working together in the Senate.

I feel the same way on the last part. You kind of took one of my issues away from me, concerning Game Moderator reform, if I win I hope to work with you on that. If you can't endorse me does that mean I will have an opponent, I actually would like to earn this election by beating someone and not just walk in to it unnopposed. I want to liven this place up and I can't do that without someone opposing me.

You're running in the Southeast....your chances of winning do not depend on whether you have an opponent Wink

I'm currently unaware of any other potential candidates, but that doesn't mean somebody won't declare before the election, it's still several weeks away.

My inability to offer an endorsement is the result of my limited knowledge about the Southeast race, and I wouldn't want to rule out anything at this point Wink

Good luck though.

I know my chances of winning are very high. Thats exactly my point, I want more competative elections and I want action. If it be not then I will create it. My campaign will be lively non the less despite the fact that I might end up debating myself.

I look forward to hearing your positions and agenda over the coming weeks. Regardless of whether anyone opposes your election, it is important to know where you plan to take the seat. Best of luck.

The governor has fallen victim to alcoholism! Perhaps he needs to be recalled!
