German pollster infratest dimap recently conducted two push polls on the same issue, namely the government's silly windowdressing anti-internet child porn initiative. One commissioned by people who are all for it, one by people who say this is the wrong way of doing it and anyways not enough.

One poll has 92% agreement with the government's position.

The other has 5%.

They're not asking the same questions - the second has the option of deleting the offending pages and persecuting their owners. So I would say the second poll is more objective.
By the way, how is this blocking supposed to be carried out.

A true push poll doesn't even bother collecting the results, nor is it scientifically conducted in such a way that the results would be meaningful statistically

I'm too lazy to brush up on my German, but are they just using a leading question?

Yes, very much so.

Both of them.
