The U.S. Constitution does not require private institutions to be viewpoint-neutral.

Are private institutions allowed to take away things like freedom of speech and assembly just like that?

What do you mean by "take away" those things? Not allow their property to be used for the dissemination of viewpoints they find objectionable? Of course.

They're taking away the freedom to assemble (for this purpose) on their property. If you think that should be illegal, I respect your position. But don't exaggerate what they're doing.
