Sliding closer to strongly disapprove now, after the SC pick..

Wow.  I can just imagine what you would have felt like if you were a Republican when Bush appointed Miers.

The Senate nearly unanimously agreed that closing Guantanamo was not realistic and there has yet to be any followup from Obama.

That's not quite what they said..

Somewhat approve, although if there was a 'mildly approve' option i would go with that.

Somewhat disapprove, bordering on strongly disapprove.

This is one of the things about Obama that bothers me the most.  I had hoped that once Bush left office, his administration's leadership style would go with him, but Obama's co-opted it to the fullest.

That's not quite what they said..

They said we don't have the money to do it and it is thus unrealistic.

No, they said come up with a plan first, then we'll talk.

I was sliding toward "somewhat approve" but the SC pick and a few other things have pushed me back to "strongly approve"... for now.
