75% approval among the public and everyone knows it would take at least a few hours to repeal [not create] the law! That 75% approval would surely be filibustered by every single Republican as things with 75% approval often are...
In addition to human rights issues, how important is American security, the dignity and existence of our soldiers' careers, or protecting our soldier's lives due to a better equipped army, anyway? I totally support this.
