Ok? The old 4.3 is gone and there was over 24 hours with no debate after 72 hours of being on the floor. That's how a vote is called.

I realize the terrible Senate rules we have that force legislation along, but what I was referring to was opposing the idea that Physical Education be mandatory, sorry. (It's what happens when I'm sworn in in the middle of legislation, I'm afraid Tongue)

It's only proper in this situation that the PPT bend the rules and cancel the vote, considering he had no right to call for it in the first place. It's what Happy Warrior did the time he messed up, so there's precedent too.
