I can't even put into words the insanity of this guy. He makes Bill Maher seem like a reasonable guy.

So in order to be Libertarian or libertarian, you have to like Ron Paul?

Apparently.  Don't you know all libertarians are the exact same, just like Republicans are the exact same and all Democrats are the exact same and....

I don't know why people here are so ignorant about libertarians.  You'd think they would know more than your average American on the subject, but no, they are just as stupid.  Just wait until they start telling us how much we love anarchy again....

Aw, a bunch of crybabies. All I was doing was letting the Libertarians know who Ron Paul associates himself with, to put his credibility in question. The majority of Libertarians actually do like Ron Paul.

The majority of Libertarians also probably like peanut butter, that doesn't make peanut butter a member of the Libertarian Party

Issues and causes supported by a small number of people almost inevitably attract insane nutso crazies to some disproportionate degree, even if those issues end up being 100% mainstream with time.  That's the nature of being a "superminority."

Have you ever listened to Rush Limbaugh's or Sean Hannity's radio show? Not far off from this nutter.

I remember once a random listener called into Rush's show, complaining that "they" were trying to remove Garlic from Italian food. Rush hadn't heard of it before, but immediately turned it around on liberal elitists.

That's right - we feed upon the raw despair and suffering of the destitute. Why else would we be against socialized medicine? And let's not forget support for free trade. Globalizing the economy has done wonders! There are more child laborers in China than there ever was in the US. It gives the despair a tangy Asian flavor that we just love.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous threads in a long while. What's next; Democrats are all like The Kennedys, Stalin was the epitome of Marxism, and Bush represents true conservatism?

I have to watch my fellow humans MARCH INTO THE DEATH CAMPS IN FRONT OF ME... but it's all done in an orderly fashion...

That's our old British heritage right there... "now now.. the death queue forms here.. Mr. Pigsley, I see that arm sticking out.. prim and proper hut hut right-o!"

Paleo-libertarianism != libertarianism. I absolutely hate Ron Paul, and, in a general election match between, say, him and a Clinton, I'd be highly inclined to vote for the Party for Socialism and Liberation candidate just for the hell of it.
