...this, this isn't a joke?  This is for real?

...

Oh, God.  Lewis, Jas, et al.  We need to give people another dose of Loonyism, before people start proposing more bills along these lines.

I don't understand half of ya'll sometimes. On one hand, people bitch because we aren't active or doing enough, on the other hand, someone bitches because people take things seriously and actually propose something sensible.

Oh, sorry, I guess my post might look offensive. This just reminded me strongly of "A salad bar in every restaurant!", one of the many slogans used by the Randy Jones for President campaign, a timeline PBrunsel had in 2004 started by a game of President Forever I played.  It's been reincarnated a few times throughout the various cycles of Loony activity as a campaign plank here.  I'm just saddened to see that Loonyism is so dead that the bill was proposed by a non-Loony senator without even a chuckle or mild titter Sad

Perhaps I was a little too harsh (I usually am) but still, I see nothing wrong with it. Without it, there was an empty legislative que.

Without the governing aspect of Atlasia, this entire "game" would essentially become a collection of glorified "Opinion of ___" threads, with posts like "My e-peen is bigger than his e-peen!" So I think we need to get some mature perspective, here.

Now, if it was a requirement for a salad bar and an industrial sized Pez dispenser, it would be a different story.

Unfortunately giving people a free and fair choice has gone out of style. Its no wonder people don't know the difference between right and wrong when you got a group of people who are going to force what is right on people and thus when left to there own devices people don't know how to act responsibly and ethically.

LOL, it's not like this bill forces children to eat salads.

Anyone who opposes this bill is a fat ass. "How dare children have the option to eat healthily at school!"

I think this is more a regional and local responsibility personally. Besides, a poorer school might not be able to afford it.
