Indeed! Though in the near future I may make a call to the Vermont SOS and see if I can get/purchase some data earlier than I already have.

You are a godsend!

However, I'm having a problem opening the PDF's. I get a message that reads "There was a problem reading this document (9)." Followed by "This file contains information not understood by the viewer. Supress further errors?"

EDIT: After a great deal of tinkering I think I've fixed the problem. Merci beaucoup.
