The Fed's trump card.  It was with this that the New Deal idiots created the hated by all farm subsidies and allowed the Fed to restrict farmers from growing corn for personal use.  Because it's super smart to destroy food when people are starving!  Leftists love to help group A by hurting everybody (including group A).
