Every once in a while, when I am sleeping...usually during a mid-day nap....I will get so into a sleep...that I'll try to shake myself outta it but it's like I am so tired that I can't. Sometimes, I then hear noises or a ringing in my ears that makes my eyeballs move around fast and the ringing gets loud enough to where I quickly shake myself back awake and kinda say "WTF!?"

Anyone ever had that? Know what it is? It can be kinda scary.

When I fall asleep I don't even know it. I just wake up the following morning. I can literally be sitting on my chair watching some TV and boom I open my eyes and it's like 5am.
