While I find it silly to publicly condemn someone for something most Americans do regularly, I personally abstain from killing whenever possible.

Not for not killing bugs - for needing "devices" for the purpose.
Says the man who has no objections to biting into a piece of cake while a wasp is chewing on the other end. And who shared a garden outhouse with a hornet's nest one summer.
Although I got a little queasy earlier today when a wasp decided to sit down in my moustache and drink my sweat from there.
