Terrible.  Adultery is one of the most violent acts you can commit against a person that loves you and it takes a truly bad person to commit it.

oh dear God, calm down

first of all, how do you know his wife loves him?  and it's an instinct-driven mistake.  it's his nature, that he was born with, coming back to bite him.  some sex drives are stronger than others, it's just inherent.  plenty of adulterers aren't 'truly bad'.

plenty of couples fall out of love.  how do you know how their marriage has unfolded?  etc.

'violent' is one of the worst possible word choices I could conceive of.  consider the third definition of 'violent', according to M-W:

caused by force; not natural

nothing is more natural than a heterosexual male having sex with an attractive female, fezzy.

Neutral.

He sucks majorly at having an affair, but at least the chick is hot and has given America joke fodder for the next month. Lulziest affair since John Edwards.

He needs to resign, and not because of an affair.

My opinion was HP before there was even a whisper of scandal.  It went from neutral to HP with his stimulus stunt.  (Referring to the financial stimulus, which preceded publication of the Argentine stimulus.)

Eh, he's just another politician.  Grandstanding and infidelity, nothing new here.

He abandoned his office so he could throw one into his "lover."

There's no doubt Mark, you need to leave. Like right now.

I really don't care about his personal live.

This should not be a political issue.

The problem is that he abandoned a state for days. This is irresponsible. He should have a mistress in SC Wink
