Also, I think it is more StevenNick's fault than the bill. It cleary stated that a Senator should notify extended absence.

Just thought I'd pop in, Migrendel hasn't been active since 10/06.  Has anyone talked to him lately?

I have already stated that I had thought that I would have internet access while I was gone, but I was mistaken.  That being said, I did not miss the three consecutive votes necessary to be recalled from office under the Federal Activity Bill.  If I am not mistaken, there was only one vote on an appointment that was closed before I had a chance to vote on it.

If so, then we made an error on missed votes and this is just worthless talk.

Migrendel has now been absent for 13 days and is about to miss a number of votes.

Let's just get this bill repealed quickly so we don't have to have any of our members recalled.  Instead, this bill should be replaced with a bill setting up recall measures so that citizens in each region or district may go about recalling their elected officials should they be absent for long stretches of time.

Any action taken against Migrendel should wait until after the supreme court rules on the legality of the federal activity bill.

The Supreme Court can always overturn the recall results if they find it necessary.
