How about with any country that criminalizes homosexuality at all?

It would, sadly cover much of the developing and be a blow to existing trade agreements. Which, you know actually wouldn't bother me. I kept this little bill 'little, but I am more than open to extending it to cover nations that imprison and, in far worse physically punish or flog LGBT persons.

I'm glad our trade agreements are succeeding in spreading peace, prosperity, and western values.

That being said, I like this bill, but I would rather it go farther.

I am fine with this and support Franzl's idea. The point of this legislation isn't to block free trade with all these nations, but to end the criminalization of homosexuality throughout the world.

Abstain, seeing as how it'll pass anyway. May as well get it done this Senate rather than next one.

This bill has enough votes to pass. Senators now have 24 hours to change their votes.
