For an individual state or to match a certain year? For the former, when you copy the code from the map, each state has three numbers after it, the 2nd being its EV, which you can manually change. For maps reflecting the EV total for a certain decade, at the bottom of the screen, change the map before you make it to 1996, 1972, etc.

Florida is supposed to say "olds", but it looks like "lds", which is more funny. Reminds me of Star Trek IV.
