Clearing Up The Line Of Succession Bill

1. The Line of Succession (Amendment) Act (F.L. 15-6), Section B is hereby repealed.

2. In the event of the absence or incapacitation of the President of Atlasia, the following shall serve as the line of succession:

    * 1. Vice President of Atlasia
    * 2. President Pro Tempore of the Senate
    * 3. Attorney General
    * 4. Game Moderator
    * 5. Dean of the Senate
    * 6. Secretary of Forum Affairs
    * 7. Secretary of External Affairs
    * 8. Each Senator in order of longest continuous service
    * 9. Chief Justice of the Atlasian Supreme Court
    * 10. Senior Associate Justice of the Atlasian Supreme Court
    * 11. Junior Associate Justice of the Atlasian Supreme Court
    * 12. Each of the Governors in order of longest continuous service

I would remove the GM from the line of succession (or at least put him further down), since I kind of see the GM as not really a political office but a sort of meta game position.

I agree with the President here, great act, but the Game Moderator is more of a forum affairs position and not a serious political office. (Or, at least, shouldn't be.)

I propose the following amendment, simply to remove the GM and re-number them.

Hi there!

I was making the Wiki page for this, when I noticed the piece of legislation amended was repealed: http://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Line_of_Succession_%28Amendment%29_Act

Perhaps you meant to amend this? http://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Line_of_Succession_%28Amendment_No_2%29_Act

Just looking for clarification, doesn't really make sense to me. Wouldn't we now have two active pieces of legislation regarding the line of succession?
