Amendment to the LGBT Trade Act

The LGBT Trade Act is amended to read the following:
1. The Republic of Atlasia shall not enter into or maintain any free or fair trade agreement with any nation that criminalizes homosexual acts.

Well, there is a spelling mistake in the new bill. ''Descrestion'', the good word should be ''discretion''

I thought I fixed that when I posted it. Anyways it's fixed now and won't affect the vote.
