I'll just repeat some of the questions I asked Phil when we, unfortunately, confirmed him for the job.

Phil,

When I was going through my confirmation hearing for Attorney General, I was asked by several Senators to lay out my hopes for the job and to assure them I would be active enough to take part in it, but more than that I was asked if I had a vision for the position.

So, I'll ask you, do you think there is anything you specifically could bring to the position and anything you feel that needs to be done that you could do that others, including myself, could not?

Furthermore, as Attorney General, I took on responsibilities outside those laid out specifically by the job description, such as R.O.W. or pushing for the responsibility of the Introduction Thread. What are your feelings on R.O.W. and will you, too pressure the President for any responsibilities outside those laid down strictly as Attorney General?

And finally, last question I promise, Franzl had a passion for the job, the legal work, and I had a passion for repairing the Wiki. Is there anything about this job you feel passionate about doing?

No questions from me, an easy confirmation. I know he can do the job, and at this point anyone is better than Phil.

I already edit the Wiki a lot--more than anyone else probably. I think I'll be able to add the laws passed by the Senate during my tenure in a timely fashion.

I would like to make sure the Constitution is up-to-date (I recently added one amendment, and others may be missing). I would also like to add Wiki pages for court cases and executive orders--something I do not think has been done in a while. Also, as the top contributor to both Wikis, I think I might ask Dave if he can give me administrator powers for it, as the current administrators (Joe Republic, Alcon, Peter, and MAS117) don't seem to edit the Wiki anymore and I think it would be beneficial to have an active administrator. Currently, I sort of randomly update/fix pages when I have some spare time and am bored. I would continue this a AG, and use the opportunity to add things that were missed by preceding AGs.

As for the non-Wiki part of the job... I'm not going to lie, I'm not an expert on legal matters here in Atlasia. But I'll do my best to familiarize myself with them to ensure I can perform all aspects of the office.

No questions from me. He already is updating the wiki a lot, and I'm sure will be a good AG. We'll basically just be giving him a position for what he already does. Wink

That's enough for me. You probably do more now than Phil does as AG, so might as well make it official.

He's one of the top Wiki contributors and since that's become the main if not only aspect of the job, he's the best choice. I'm a bit concerned by his avowed lack of judicial knowledge, but it's unlikely to come up and if it does I fully trust him to do a competent job.

No problems from me.

Well, he is able to do the Wiki part of his job, a big improvement on the precedent AG. For the legal part of the job, well, I am sure than some persons will be ready to help him. That is not a problem since the Wiki part is the main part of the job and he do that perfectly.

If I may, does the nominee intend to investigate, with a view to a possible prosecution, the case of Devilman/Josh22?
