What if in a big and huge twist of fate, somehow Nellie T. Ross, WY Governor, wins the Vice Presidential Nominee for the Democratic Party.

Commerce Secretary Herbert Hoover wins the nomination like OTL and has Charles Curtis on the VP position.

So how does this play over? How does the election change? How does the map change? Discuss, with maps if you wish.
