Yes.  I find that when you surround yourself with a certain race/ethnicity, they become much more attractive.

When I was in Asia I was really attracted to Asians for a while, but then after I was home for awhile, that died down.

Depends how you define race. I don't think I've ever met an Amerindian, Aborigonee, Pacific Islander........ Offhand, been attracted to whites, blacks (though far less frequently), Hispanics (ditto) Asians, Indians.

I've never been attracted to a black girl before. The closest may be Beyonce, but that is about it. If you include celebrities, then I've been attracted to some latino actresses. Otherwise, just white girls and my current Asian fling is all I go for.

No, the vast majority of Thai ladyboys are not 'full-figured', they are thin.  Many do have big breast implants but many have no implants, just falsies.

As for me the answer would be 'of course, as long as they're slim'.

The sillee old standard Black White Asian Native American, sho.

Dravidians, check. East Africans, check (well duh, they're some of the most beautiful people in the world. Which I wouldn't say for people from West Africa.) Aboriginals and Melanesians? Nope. The only one I ever personally met was male, you see. Khoisanids? Nope. Never met any of either gender in person.
