Yea the same can be said about Eisenhower who would've easily beaten Kennedy in 1960. Bush won in 1988 but look at who he ran against.

I remember Clinton campaigning a fair amount in 2000, but probably didn't go all out because Hillary Clinton wanted to run in 2004. Otherwise she wouldn't have moved to NY for political purposes.

That's actually honorable of him. You know between you, me, and the gatepost, I actually liked him growing up. It wasn't until the 2000 recount that I lost all respect for him.

lol remember when he just walked up behind bush during the town hall debate, and everyone was like whats he doing and  bush looked over his shoulder gave him that nod and kept talking

That's ironic, since it was Bush who was doing the personal space invading during the 2nd debate in 2004.

Oh I think the candidates should ask each other questions, debate, and argue without as much moderating. This is better than staging a fake show that anyone with an IQ over 50 knows is an act.
