We have had 3 debates that addressed Foriegn Policy.  The subject is essentially off the table although I suspect it will be worked in on the next debate.  Everybody remembers Bush was bad in the 1st debate but reasonable people will admit Bush recovered in the 2nd debate.  Cheney/Edwards had nothing truly memorable.

There is however, one sound bite or phrase that everybody remembers from these 3 encounters.   I said it the night of the debate.

The phrase "The Global Test".  Neither Kerry/Edwards cleaned this up.  Look for the marketing/PR blitz to go full bore.  For all but the far left, "a global test" is unacceptable.
