Very high quality hamburger is better than most chicken, but most chicken is better than the typical hamburger meat.  I hardly think I would chose to do without either in any case, though I must admit I very rarely eat hamburger meat over here.

I'm from the midwest... hamburger, of course. 

But Pork is definitely way up there.  I think the pig is probably the most delicious animal in the world.

I can feel my arteries closing just thinking about eating a burger. No!

If I want to close my arteries, it is going to be with a crispy duck dish or something. Burgers just aren't worth it. Smiley

I LOOOOOOVES me my McDonald's double cheeseburger (up yours again, PETA), BUT you can't barbeque ground chuck nearly as well as chicken. Also better in burritos, fajitas and stir fry ao I gotta give chicken the vote.
