Yes. I don't really think we need to worry about aspiring monarchs from Europe creating a de facto dynasty of our Presidency anymore.

The Constitution has never barred women from voting.  Originally voter requirements was an issue left almost entirely to the States to decide.  The only original requirement was to equate the requirements to be able to vote for the House of Representatives to those required to vote for the largest House of the State legislature.  It wasn't until later the Federal Constitution was amended to touch upon various voting requirements ans always in a manner than served to expand rather than contract the pool of voters.
