About this Poll
In North Carolina, interviews with 1,025 adult Americans conducted by telephone by ORC International on October 10-15, 2016. The margin of sampling error for results based on the total sample is plus or minus 3 percentage points.

The North Carolina sample also includes 929 interviews among registered voters (plus or minus 3 percentage points) and 788 interviews among likely voters (plus or minus 3.5 percentage points).

In North Carolina, 523 interviews were conducted among landline respondents and 502 interviews among cell phone respondents.
