Question:
In Nevada, it's Trump at 42 percent, Clinton at 41 percent and Johnson at 8 percent. Stein was included in the poll, but she is not on the ballot in Nevada!

The poll interviewed 915 registered voters (plus-minus 3.2 percentage points) and 627 likely voters (plus-minus 3.9 percentage points and was conducted September 6th through September 8th, 2016 by The Marist Poll sponsored and funded in partnership with NBC News and The Wall Street Journal.
