I speak up in support of this bill. It's time to take an axe to these nonsense regulations. Vote AYE on this for the good of Atlasia!

I support this, other than # 3 which we already repealed. Excellent work sponsor.

So, uh, anyone gonna address the fact that none of these descriptions are truthful about what's actually being repealed?

If I may, I do have concerns about two parts.

I believe that vi. is a valid safety measure, as radioactive materials can easily harm someone.
And x. , which exists to ensure that medical documents for birds are valid, as they are required to bring animals across the border.

v. 15 USC §§1263, 1264 & 16 CFR §1513.6(b)(5): Bunk beds are predominantly used by children, and inclusion of instruction manuals should be required, especially when unsafe ladder usage could lead to serious injury or death.

vii. 42 USC §271(a) & 21 CFR §1250.44(a): I do not trust the airline cabal; they will use the removal of this regulation to avoid cleaning all cups between flights, and that's a risk we cannot take.

xi. 21 USC §§331, 333, 343(g) & 21 CFR §161.190(a)(3)(iii): The quality of our canned fish products is of vital importance. I fear the removal of this regulation would lead to something akin to the "pink sludge" used by fast food companies to produce chicken nuggets.

1. Children wont read the instruction manual and its not a necessary instruction for assembly.

2. This regulation criminalizes a stewardess who doesn't stop a child from sipping out of her mom's cup. It has nothing to do with providing separate clean disposable cups to customers when drinks are initially provided.

3. That should be a consumer decision. If you want "superior" canned fish you can still buy it. Why so anti-choice?

1. You cannot assume that children won’t read the instruction manual, and whether or not it’s necessary for assembly is irrelevant.

2. That is not the intent of this regulation and you know it. Furthermore, no flight attendant has ever been prosecuted under that regulation in the situation you described.0

3. It’s a consumer decision until all tuna is sold that way. Let’s not let it get to that point.

I don't think you understand how this works. It'll never become an issue of all tuna being sold that way, because there will always be companies that don't sell it that way, and advertise as such, knowing consumers are willing to spend money on higher quality canned fish.

Who cares what people like or dont like? That's for the people to decide,  not Big Brother. Seems like the Federalists are the pro-choice party now.

So you admit you lack a basic understanding of how this works? Good to know.

The consumers should be allowed to choose the lesser quality product, it's not the federal government's job to impose that on anyone. Your feelings are irrelevant.

Lower quality products are also lower priced products. Allowing them helps poor people obtain cheaper food. I guess it's fair to say the Labor Party hates poor people.
