English - native language
French - pretty proficient - can read, write, watch tv shows, understand music. Sometimes I stumble over my words when speaking, make grammatical errors when talking on the fly, and I have trouble with accents and colloquialisms.
Russian - Less proficient than French, but still reasonably strong. My vocabulary is smaller and I make significantly more grammatical errors when speaking.
Spanish - Probably about as strong as my Russian. My vocabulary is very strong, but I have a much worse ear for it than my other languages, and have a horrible accent. I think this is because the Spanish speakers I usually meet are from Latin America, while all of my Spanish teachers were from Spain.
Romanian - Hard to tell how well I'm doing, but I've been teaching myself for about a year with a native Romanian-speaking friend of mine helping out. The vocabulary is very easy, so I can usually understand most of what's being said, but the grammar is very difficult for me, and I make lots of mistakes, even in writing.
Arabic
