Does anyone know when gubernatorial terms exactly expire and begin? At midnight or at noon? Is that even defined by law? We all know that presidential terms begin and end at 12 a.m. EST.

Should also be noted that Andrew Cuomo will be sworn in for his third term on January 1.

I haven't seen this yet:

CONGRATULATIONS to Governor ANDREW CUOMO of New York for his third term inauguration on January 1st. Since he has a Democratic state senate now, he'll do an even greater job.

Governor Newsom is sworn in now. Congrats to him and also Governor Steve Sisolak of Nevada! The first Democrat to lead the Silver State since 1999.

I will greatly miss Jerry Brown. Hope he enjoys a long life and stays in public.

Yesterday, Ned Lamont was sworn in as governor of Connecticut. Muhloy is finally gone. Good luck Ned, you're one of my favorite gubernatorial newcomers.

MSNBC moderator Joe Scarborough, he resides in the state, gave a concert at the inauguration ball. Yes, he is a freetime musican. And not even a bad one.

Tom Wolf inauguared for a second term as Governor of Pennsylvania.

I'm curious how John Fetterman will be dressed for today's inaugural in PA. A tie?

He in fact did wear one!
