Mine: Alaska, Florida, Hawaii (even though they should be thrown out of the union), California, and Virginia.

Why should Hawaii be thrown out of the Union?

Washington, Oregon, California, Maryland, New York, and New Jersey.

EDIT: I forgot Hawaii. It is, too. So are Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Well that's good to know.
Stop opining because some people really do care.

Well, all the decent ones are atrociously expensive - CA, MA, NY.  And all the cheap ones are pretty well unlivable - my own state, the Midwest and South in general.  The US is just not a very good proposition for actually living in, unless you're truly loaded.  I guess I'd vote MO because of familiarity and I have an infrastructure there.

So far, of the 19 states I've lived in, either as a child or as an adult, I like MA, TX, and CA all pretty well.  Of those I've only visited, I am a huge fan of HI and NV.

Speak for yourself.  Only your own state is unliveable.  Once you cross your western border, you're in God's country my friend Smiley

Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. I like the entire West really, except for California and maybe the desert states. I don't like really hot and sunny weather.
