I'd support Hillary again in 2020. I favor the death penalty. West Virginia sucks and is full of racist hicks.

Here's 10(some may be more unpopular then others)

The European Union is a undemocratic entity which in the ends seeks to end European nation states and culture as a whole and morph it into a technocratic neoliberal leaning super state.

End the mass migration of refugees (who are mostly not even) from the Middle East and Africa and are destabilizing the nation states of Europe and making terrorism skyrocket. Mass deportation if needed and not exactly a fan of Muslim majority states in all of the European Country's if this crisis continues.

We should work together and ally ourselves more closely with Russia. Also Putin isn't the worst leader ever.

(Only to this forum) Tulsi Gabbard would make a great president

International Free Trade in pure form hurts the American worker and needs to be fairer (not really unpopular, more like split)

The Elites push too divide people by race to distract them from the elites themselves

The United States is a effective Oligarchy

Single Payer is worse then a multi payer system

Social Issues are distractions from economic issues

A company has every right to refuse service to a gay person if it is privately owned

Totally common sense opinions you mean. I myself survived three suicide bombings and was raped by two Syrians and and Afghan just this very morning.
Lucky Switzerland never joined the EU though, it allowed us to keep immigration low and our strong social democratic insti.. I'm sorry, I can't keep a straight face writing that.

I want to cut Defense Spending heavily

I supported Buttigieg for DNC chair

I'm pro-life, but a candidate being pro-choice is not a deal breaker on its own for me.

France should be a monarchy.

Modern Art sucks and Baroque needs to be restored to its proper glory.

The Modern World Order sucks, as it is basically an oligarchy that demeans the Holy Church for social progress.

Steve Bannon has the thumb on the average American and he's awesome.

The Shah of Iran should be restored and religious pluralism should be allowed.

The Latin Mass is really the only good mass, though a beautiful NO is good depending on the parish and the celebrant.

I favor the death penalty.

The EU has been terrible [except for the convenience of the Euro as a currency]

I'm not opposed to polygamy outright

Abe Lincoln is only my 3rd favorite president.

Not opposed to religious freedom laws if applied to private services, also not opposed to cops getting the middle finger, if it's a private institution and the owner does it.

European hate speech laws are an excellent idea

Voting age should go down to 16

Mississippi is a better state than Florida

(Relative to Atlas these days where a bit of Madonna/Wh**^ Complex is norm) California is actually a pretty decent place to be, it's neither a sinkhole nor is it a utopia...but San Diego sucks.

I despise the smell of beer or whiskey or pretty much any alcohol besides wine

I despise the smell of weed

The White House needs a Council for Boys and Men.

Here's some more:

- Late Night comics aren't even remotely funny
- New Jersey > New York
- LBJ > JFK
- I support Theresa May over Jeremy Corbyn
- A flat 20% income tax is a good idea
- We need to be stricter on illegal immigration (but I still support a path to citizenship)
- Medicare for All is a terrible idea, just model Germany's system and we'll be fine.
- I don't like how cheating has been normalized nowadays. When I'm dating someone, I'm loyal to her and I (expect) she's loyal to me.
- Smoking weed is unhealthy
- We need to remove the Clintonite and Bernout cults of the Democratic Party and start fresh. Both are extremely toxic in their own ways. Both are self-absorbed, snotty groups who just make it easier for the Republicans to govern autocratically.
- Phil Murphy will be a terrible governor, and I will vote for a Republican in 2021 over him, unless he's REALLY good. Seriously, is Murphy the best we could do when we have a Republican governor in SINGLE DIGIT approval ratings?
- I enjoy flying

There's probably a bunch I forgot to list.

American politics wouldn't be any better off or really appreciably different at all if we had a multi-party system.

2008-2012 was the best era for popular music in my lifetime (born in 1993).

Bagpipes are quite pleasant, and I have listened to hour-long playlists of bagpipe music while doing homework.

Another one: I don't mind establishment politicians (at least in my own party). I am quite fond of people like Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney, and the like. They represent the kind of conservatism I support - free-market oriented, supportive of globalization and trade, pro-legal immigration, hawkish, socially conservative and not obsessed with strong men.

Hmm...

-Political opinions by regular everyday people (including those on forums AHEM) don't matter at all.

-Who wins most individual elections doesn't actually change the course of history that much--elections are more often symptoms of societal issues than causes.

-Direct democracy is actually generally a bad thing, as it just leads to the loudest demagogue winning.

-The main goal of foreign policy should always be to avoid war/violence as much as possible.

-Political correctness is a plague--and the right is probably just as complicit in this as the left if not more. Also "trying not to be politically correct" is the same thing in reverse (i.e. valid positions are often attacked as "oh you're just being PC"). In any of it's forms it kills discourse, which is bad.

I think I have a few more, but as I said in my first one it doesn't really matter. Tongue

I have made my positions clear in recent years on topics like immigration, crime etc. - and thank goodness the ignorant "welcome clapping" people are slowly starting to realize that they were wrong all the way.
