Which Democrat would be most effective at the progressive agenda with a GOP congress?

Assuming
1. A Democrat is elected President in 2016
2. The Republicans still control Congress

which of these 6 Democrats would be most effective as President, at getting as much of the progressive agenda implemented as possible?

(ex: a minimum wage hike, paid family/sick/vacation leave, immigration reform, LGBTQ+ anti-discrimination, more investment in infrastructure and scientific research, strengthening Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid/ObamaCare, closing tax loopholes that benefit the rich and big business without any noticeable benefit on everyone else, equal pay/paycheck fairness, support for preK/childcare/summer/afterschool programs, criminal justice reform, etc.)

Probably Biden. He knows the Senate in and out.

Any other takers?

I think Hillary or Biden, but overall Hillary, would have the best chance at getting the most passed.

Biden. Clinton would face sexism similar to the racism that blocked much of Obama's agenda.

Are there seriously still people pushing this narrative? This is becoming old. Next thing you know you're saying it's all Bush's fault.

What is it with conservatives and claiming that blaming Bush for anything is some kind of logical fallacy?

Correct. The Pub House is not going to pass anything involving what is currently called the "progressive agenda," nor should they with respect to most of it. Anyone Dem elected POTUS had better figure out how to govern from the center, ala Bill Clinton, or they will have a very frustrating time, outside overreaching executive orders which will go to the courts perhaps.

Obama has done almost all you can legally do on that front, I think.
