The idea that Cameron is a misogynist is based entirely off 1 mildly amusing comment that was then blown totally out of proportion for no other reason than political hackery. Sure, Cameron is an arrogant, unprincipled asshole, but to accuse him of misogny based upon one comment is a little silly.
I think he was referring to Abbot with that comment.
