There is a problem with Agooji (Ogis).

He changed to California on the 1st of June.
He can't be in Illinois on the 26th of October.

Can someone check this ?

(sigh)  If you insist on calling me back to my former job......Ogis did not "change" to the Pacific on the 1st of June.  My records indicate he had been registered in that region for quite some time before then, and he was past the six-month mark and eligible to change regions when he did so recently.

If my memory serves me correctly, Ogis was one of the first to make an intra-regional move once those became allowed.  His change to California was merely a state change, not a region change.
