Wow, she eventually fails, in a surprising way !

And Argentina is now the leading country in the remaining list Grin

Eliminate
2 Mercedes Cabrera Calvo-Sotelo (it's about the top ten now, so...)
1 Benazir Bhutto (really overvalued)

Keep
Soong May-ling (I have no real favourite, so my keep votes are utterly unenthusiastic for some rounds now)

Well, for the top ten, I will miss Zhivkova, Kuusinen, Yingluck Shinawatra and Herseth-Sandlin (instead of, say, Kirchner, Lakshmi Pandit, maybe Ferguson and Chamorro Tongue)

keep Mercedes Cabrera Calvo-Sotelo (you can't say she hasn't got an interesting life)

I don't really see anything notable or particularly interesting in her wikipedia article and since I know basically nothing about her I tend to favor that article.

2 for Mercedes Cabrera Calvo-Sotelo
1 for Benazir Bhutto

Keep
Cristina Kirchner (she's so close to the top 10 that I'm compelled to help her Tongue I'll help oust her next round if she survives this one)

And Fab, we all know that you would like Shinawatra and Herseth-Sandlin still around because they are hot Tongue

I understand you on Kirchner.
Well, I didn't protect her but didn't try to kill her either, just relying on the others' wisdom Wink
I must say that managing such a reelection was really impressive, whatever I think about her (I was more than sceptic if you remember our debates during Argentina's presidents survivor.

And... I must acknowledge that's it's not really about politics in the case of Shinawatra Grin
As for Herseth, it's more mixed: she WAS hot (long ago... she looks a bit too vulgar now Tongue), she is part of these ugly Blue Dogs and I like that, I like political b*st*rds Wink
But, of course, "history" is something to take into great consideration Smiley

(in a way, Ferguson makes it partially for Herseth; but none makes it for Shinawatra Sad
even if Krupskaya... oh no... Grin)

Anyway, this round is really open and it's good when we will enter the top ten.

It's up to Cinci now.

What I like about Mercedes is that her family tended to be Fascist/franquist (previously falangistas) like her grandfather, the 1st Calvo Sotelo, who was killed by republicans (his death is considered the beggining of the civil war). Her uncle was president of Spain and then joined the PP and supported Aznar. And she's a socialist congressperson and former minister.
