While most of the cases criticized on this board are more recent ones, it seems as if no time period is completely immune from a denouncement of at least one  of its decisions by Emsworth and/or A18.

Do you guys believe that there was ANY era in supreme court history where the court consistantly (at least 95% of the time) reached the correct holdings?
