As said on the intro thread, why not just propose the amendment here to make it constitutional, rather than table and reintroduce? the way you're trying to do it is inefficient and unnecessary.

That being said, objecting to the motion.

I think the second amendment regarding multiple posts is unnecessary, the voting booth is not a place for making statements or asking questions.  If a voter is being turned out, which is likely the scenario when someone posts "how do I vote", it's the job of the person turning them out to explain it, or the job of the person posting to realize how to vote because several ballots had been posted at the time they asked this and the original post had a template.
