Hoyer said Kihuen denied it but if proven he should resign. Also Dem leadership knew this report was coming.

Ralston: Kihuen's done once Reid lowers the boom, party committees would choose special nominees. Horsford-Hardy rematch if they want it. Both considering but Horsford's happy in the private sector. Cancela also has a job and law school to consider, Chris G probably wouldn't drop down. Special would have to be held within 6 months, would be a tossup. Dems want to wait till the June primary.
