Would McCain Put Romney In Cabinet?

Romney would make an excellent Secretary of the Treasury.

So what exactly does a Secretary of the Treasury do and why would Romney be good it that, specifically.

Gets his name on currency -> creeps out people to have Romney in their pockets -> spending increases greatly -> economy takes off!

I mean, c'mon - McCain put Romney in cabinet?  Is a coffin like a cabinet?  The McCain animus toward Romney may even preclude a prominent speaking role at the convention much less anything beyond.
