Hmm, all of this isn't military aid, right? I guess most of those are only through food, or eventually to try to help some programs for 'freedom and democracy' or stuffs like that.

And yeah, may USA stop sending billions to arm the world, it really doesn't help.

It is even more simple than that: Nobody cares about people suffering or dying, as long it is not Israel who causes the harm.

Just look at Jordan and Libanon: Palestinians there are treated like dirt, and they lack civil rights for 65 years now, but nobody cares.
